Physical Therapist Job in Luray, VA

Page Memorial Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in their outpatient rehabilitation and neurology setting. This is a 91-day position beginning November 23, 2026.

Role Overview

You will work Monday through Thursday from 8:15 AM to 6:00 PM in an outpatient rehabilitation environment with a focus on neurology patients. You will have 36 guaranteed hours per week with no weekend or on-call requirements, allowing for a predictable schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services in an outpatient and neurology patient population
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using the EPIC EMR system
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to provide quality patient care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and procedures

Requirements

• Current Virginia state physical therapy license
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience with outpatient and neurology experience required
• BLS certification (AHA only)
• Professional attire: black scrubs per facility policy

Compensation and Details
