PCU Registered Nurse Job in Cleveland, OH

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, providing direct patient care in a 91-day travel assignment. Position Details

• Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, rotating day and night (7:00 AM–7:30 PM and 7:00 PM–7:30 AM)
• Assignment Length: 91 days
• Start Date: November 20, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,732

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care to progressive care populations
• Potential to float to units J1-2, J33, and the Emergency Department as operational needs require
• Work at least every other holiday as scheduled

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license: permanent Ohio license or valid compact state license required at time of submission
• Minimum 12 months permanent clinical experience in your specialty
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• All certifications must be active and in hand at submission

Additional Assessments

• ECG rhythm recognition test completed during orientation
• safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation
• Passing score required on both assessments; maximum of 2 attempts to pass each

Shifts may be variable based on facility operational needs. Your preferred shift will be honored when possible, though rotation may be required. You'll be part of a clinical team supporting the same patient population across coordinated units.
