Job Details:

• Work weekday mid-shift beginning at 10:45 AM
• Day shift schedule
• 3 on-call shifts required in a 4-week schedule
• 2-3 years of OR circulator experience required in a multi-service operating room
• Must maintain RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
• BLS certification required upon hire
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required (Bachelor's preferred)
• OR scrubs provided
• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population specific characteristics
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary communication and rounds
• Complete all mandatory education and competency assessments
• Participate in evidence-based practice and performance improvement activities
• Must have strong critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
