PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 4 days per week in the outpatient clinic and 1 day in acute care
• On-call Saturday 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Sunday 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM for new neuro patient evaluations
• 1-2 weekends per 13-week contract if willing to assist with acute care
• Required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day
• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients as a member of the interdisciplinary team
• Minimum 24 months of Physical Therapist experience required
• Outpatient experience required; inpatient experience preferred
• Must have successfully completed at least 1 travel contract (highly preferred)
• Active Iowa Physical Therapist state license required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• BLS certification required (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military certificates also accepted)
• All candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility based on driver's license
• Skills checklist specific to Physical Therapy required
• 1 supervisory reference completed within the last 24 months required at time of submission
