NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

RN - NICU

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 night shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Schedule varies based on department needs and can include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts
• Call requirements to be discussed during interview
• May be required to float to other areas of the organization up to competency level
• Required to pick up one additional shift during each schedule period
• Minimum 3 years of exclusive NICU experience in a Level 3 NICU or higher required
• Prior travel experience of at least one 13-week assignment required
• Ventilator training required
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a State of Nevada Registered Nurse license
• Provide comprehensive nursing services including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Accountable for individualized patient outcomes over an entire episode of care
