Med Surg RN Job in Sioux City, IA

UnityPoint - St. Luke's Regional Medical Center in Sioux City, IA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med Surg position on the night shift. This is a temporary assignment running 91 days, starting August 31, 2026.

Position Details

• Schedule: 3x12 nights with every third weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Weekly pay: $2,280.96
• May float within the same discipline across local campuses

Your Responsibilities

You will work as a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributing your professional and clinical knowledge to the provision and management of patient care. You will administer drips including Heparin, PCA, and epidural as required. If certified, you may also administer chemotherapy.

Qualifications Required

• Current Iowa nursing license
• 2+ years of Med Surg and/or Oncology experience
• BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS (AHA) certifications
• Valid driver's license
• NIHSS can be obtained during onboarding if needed

Preferred Qualifications

• High acuity care experience
• Travel healthcare experience
