Opportunity:

CSFA - First Assist OR

Job Details:

• Day shift schedule with call responsibilities one day per week and one weekend approximately every 4 weeks
• Weekend coverage only required during call periods
• Float within facility/scope of practice and to Main OR as needed
• Minimum 2 years of experience required - unit accepts first-time travelers
• HARD STOP requirement: Must have Cardiac, Vascular, Endovascular, and Thoracic experience
• Required certifications: BLS, CSFA (NBSTSA or NCCSA also accepted)
• Heart Transplant experience highly preferred
• Must complete privileging process prior to start (approximately 120 days from signature)
• Pre-Application Fee of $125 required for privileging
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Trauma Level I and II experience preferred
• Maximum 7 days RTO per contract, no holiday RTO accepted
• Full compliance required to start on time
• Must complete core items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing
• All compliance documents due Tuesday prior to start
• Clinical screening required to determine clinical fit
