Oncology RN Job in Columbia, MO

Boone Health is seeking an RN for a 56-week travel assignment in Medical-Surgical Oncology. You'll work 4x12 night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM) on an adult unit in Columbia, MO, with a start date of September 21, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,791.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for oncology and neuro patients with diagnoses including stroke, cancer, palliative/end-of-life care, mental status changes, seizures, post-operative craniotomy/laminectomy/shunt procedures, and chemotherapy complications
• Perform and assist with chemotherapy administration and symptom management
• Administer general and chemotherapy medications
• Support special procedures including bone marrow biopsy and EEG/continuous monitoring
• Operate IV pumps, PCA pumps, and general medical equipment
• Manage patient loads up to 8 patients when needed
• Float to other Med-Surg areas as required

Schedule & Expectations

• 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• At least 4 weekend shifts required per 6-week period
• No on-call requirements
• Subject to being downstaffed up to 36/48 hours within the 13-week contract based on weekly schedule
