Job Details:

• Night shift position working Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Backup on-call coverage required as scheduled in rotation - weekday call hours are 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM and weekend call hours are Saturday/Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM, typically 2 times per month
• Night and weekend backup call required as scheduled in rotation
• Operate specialized computerized X-ray equipment to produce cross-sectional images of human anatomy
• Work with Siemens and Philips equipment
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records system
• Assist radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in diagnosing diseases and disorders
• Assist in training students and technologists and perform injection procedures
• Work with outpatient, inpatient, and emergency department patient populations
• Specialty areas include General, Procedural, and Cardiac CT
• Maintain optimum timeliness, accuracy, proficiency, efficiency, and safety during execution of duties
• Work closely with patients to ensure understanding of procedures and comfort during procedures
• Apply independent and critical thinking with strong problem-solving skills
• Easily adaptable to change with a patient-centered approach
• Dress code: Charcoal grey scrub top and bottom, non-porous shoes, solid colored undershirts (black, white, or grey), and grey scrub jackets
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT(CT), Indiana State License (ISDOH)
