CT Technologist Job in Delta, CO

Delta County Memorial Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist for a night shift position. You will operate computed tomography scanners to produce cross-sectional radiographs for diagnostic purposes under the direction of radiologists.

Your responsibilities include:

• Perform radiographic procedures including X-rays and fluoroscopy, including procedures in the operating room
• Position and immobilize patients on examining tables using supportive devices according to radiologist-specified protocols
• Administer contrast media orally and intravenously as ordered by referring physicians or radiologists
• Enter technical data such as scan type, slice thickness, and scan time into scanner computer systems
• Monitor patient safety and comfort via intercom system and observation window during scans
• Evaluate examination images for technical quality and diagnostic accuracy
• Manage all quality control aspects for the CT area
• Transport patients according to their physical abilities relative to requested examinations
• Assist with special procedures using sterile technique and universal precautions
• Maintain records according to X-ray department policies
• Clean examination rooms and restock supplies following each examination

Required qualifications:

• Satisfactory completion of formal radiology technology training from an AMA-approved school
• ARRT registration
• Registered or certified CT Technologist certification
• BLS certification
• Ability to move and lift patients and equipment (40–80 lbs. unassisted, 80–250 lbs. with assistance)
• Manual dexterity to start an IV

Two years of previous experience preferred. This is a 91-day travel position beginning October 29, 2026, with weekly pay of $2,874.
