Physical Therapist Assistant Job in Sheridan, WY

Big Horn Rehabilitation & Care Center in Sheridan, Wyoming is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a 13-week travel assignment. This is a day-shift position offering 36 guaranteed hours per week at $1,675 weekly pay.

In this role, you will work under the clinical direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver rehabilitation services to patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in implementing individualized rehabilitation programs designed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Provide therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
• Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence through evidence-based techniques
• Monitor patient progress and communicate observations to the clinical team
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and outcomes
• Support the rehabilitation facility's commitment to quality patient care

The assignment runs 13 weeks, beginning July 27, 2026. You will work day shifts in a rehabilitation and care center environment, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to patient recovery.
