Opportunity:

RN - Circulator OR

Job Details:

• Work three 12-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with greatest need on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Usually one weeknight of call coverage per week, rarely two nights in a week
• One weekend of call coverage approximately every 4th or 5th weekend
• Holiday call coverage needs available for upcoming Winter holidays
• Call response time is 30 minutes from time of call to arrival at hospital
• No floating required - dedicated to the OR for this travel position
• Two or more years of intraoperative circulating RN experience preferred
• Experience with common cases including orthopedic, general surgery, urology, and ENT procedures preferred
• Must be a fast learner, hardworking, and able to take OR call
• Scrubbing not required for RNs but is considered a beneficial skill
• No charge nurse or house supervisor responsibilities expected for this travel role
• Charting system: EPIC OpTime
• BSN not required
• Blue scrubs provided by hospital; surgical attire required while on duty
• Standard casual attire acceptable to and from the hospital when appropriate
• Unit-specific orientation will occur on-site with clinical coordinators and/or OR leadership
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA)
• Colorado nursing license required
• Must reside within 60 miles of facility; valid driver's license must be submitted
