PreOp / PACU - Post Anesthesia Care

Opportunity:

RN - PreOp

Job Details:

• 5 x 8-hour day shifts per week
• Perform routine nursing assignments and structured work in a PreOp setting
• Accountable for assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care including direct patient care
• Provide patient and family education and manage transitions of care
• Deliver holistic and individualized care to all patients in assigned area
• Develop, implement, and manage interdisciplinary plans of care incorporating psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors
• Foster collaborative relationships between patients, family/support groups, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Charting system: EPIC experience required
• Scrub color: Navy Blue
• Parking: Free in any unrestricted space
• California RN licensure required
• Minimum 3 years of experience required
• Ambulatory surgery/phase II experience within the past 2 years required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA or ARC)
