Job Details:

• 8-hour rotating shifts with weekends, holidays, and call as scheduled
• Acute care setting
• Breast experience required
• Must be able to perform OB ultrasounds in all trimesters
• Perform all non-invasive imaging procedures within established guidelines and timeframes
• If certified in Cardiac: perform echocardiograms, TEEs, TTEs, stress echo, and structural heart program imaging
• If certified in Vascular: perform upper/lower venous duplexes, arterial duplexes, dialysis grafts, venous insufficiencies, pulse volume recordings, and ankle brachial index procedures
• Obtain patient information prior to testing, answer pertinent questions, and provide courteous service to patients and families
• Notify appropriate medical staff if images appear to vary from normal findings
• Document procedures performed within patient chart upon completion
• Calculate and measure cardiovascular structures from procedure data to aid physician in interpreting results
• Complete accurate documentation through Cerner charting system to ensure proper billing
• Perform proper billing of procedures and prioritize patient scheduling
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of equipment, procedure rooms, and work areas
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and unit information at all times
• Scrub color: Gray
• Cancellation policy: 2 shifts per 13-week contract
• Required certifications: ARDMS, BLS (AHA)
• Valid driver's license required at time of submission
• Must reside outside of a 50-mile radius
