Opportunity:

RN - Cardiovascular Surgery

Job Details:

• Work as a Circulating RN in the Operating Room
• Schedule includes every other weekend and holidays in rotation
• 3 call shifts (12-hour) per 4-week period with days and nights available
• 1:1 patient ratio with 1 RN and 1 CST per room
• Work alongside turnover staff, 1 charge RN, and 4:1 anesthesia coverage with in-house night shift
• Must have thoracic and vascular experience to include heart and valve replacements
• Strong skills required in: Cardiac (CV/PV), AAA, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Fem-Pop Bypass, and Mitral or Aortic Valve Replacement
• General circulating knowledge required including positioning, prepping, and facilitating cases in Ortho, Neuro, Plastics, Vascular, Trauma, and Robotic OB/GYN and Urology
• Experience with XI Robot, advanced spine, and Mako joint robot preferred
• Documentation system: Meditech
• No floating policy required
• Patient experience requirements: AIDET
• Hospital-provided scrubs required
• Required certifications: BLS, RN
