Physical Therapist Job in Burlington, CO

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 90-day travel assignment at KCCMH– Parke Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Burlington, Colorado. You will work 10-hour days, four days per week, with no weekend or on-call requirements.

Position Overview

In this role, you'll provide physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You'll work directly with patients to develop and implement treatment plans, assess progress, and help them regain mobility and function. This position offers a structured schedule that allows for work-life balance while making a meaningful clinical impact.

Requirements

• Current Colorado state PT license or multistate compact PT license
• BLS certification
• Demonstrated experience in both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy settings
• Willingness to participate in a manager interview and receive an offer prior to placement

Compensation & Schedule

You'll earn $3,171 per week. The assignment runs for 90 days, beginning August 10, 2026. Your schedule is 10 hours per day, 4 days per week—no weekends or on-call duties.
