ADEX Healthcare Staffing has a 91-day travel nursing assignment for a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. You'll work the night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, on a 3x12 schedule, earning $1,791 per week.

About the Role

You'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment. Your responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes. You'll work alongside physicians, technicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and triage emergency patients upon arrival
• Plan and implement nursing interventions based on patient acuity and clinical needs
• Monitor vital signs and patient status throughout shifts
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document care accurately and maintain compliance with facility protocols
• Communicate effectively with patients and families during high-stress situations

Requirements
