Interventional Radiology Technologist Job in Ithaca, NY

Cayuga Medical Center is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our cardiology team. You will work directly with interventional cardiologists and vascular surgeons, providing critical support during invasive cardiac and peripheral procedures.

Your Role

You will function in both scrub and circulating capacities during interventional cardiac catheterizations and advanced vascular procedures. Your responsibilities include:

• Scrubbing and circulating for coronary and peripheral angiography procedures
• Assisting with angioplasty, thrombectomy, stenting, and related interventional techniques
• Managing specialized equipment and devices used in interventional cardiology
• Preparing and maintaining supplies specific to cardiac and vascular interventions
• Supporting STEMI call responsibilities as scheduled

What We're Looking For

You have hands-on experience in interventional cardiology and vascular procedures, with demonstrated knowledge of the equipment and supplies used in these settings. You are comfortable switching between scrub and circulating roles based on procedural needs, and you understand the time-sensitive nature of cardiac interventions.

Position Details

This is a travel assignment with a 91-day contract beginning June 28, 2026. You will work a 5x8 day shift schedule. Weekly pay is $3,504.
