Opportunity:

Certified Surgical Tech - CVOR Tech

Job Details:

• Work in cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) setting with 2 CVOR suites
• Day shift position with 4 RNs and 4 CSTs staffing the unit
• Night shift on-call responsibilities as needed
• 1:1 patient ratio providing focused, individualized care
• Must have 5+ years of CVOR experience - candidates without this experience will not be considered
• Main OR experience required with willingness to float to main OR when needed
• Preferred qualifications include nurses who also scrub and experience with Meditech EMR system
• Perform cardiovascular procedures including CABG, valve replacements, thoracic, and vascular surgeries
• Must be flexible and function as a team player in fast-paced environment
• Required to wear Ciel Blue scrubs as surgical staff
• Expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees
• Scheduled according to facility policy with adherence to unit guidelines
