Opportunity:

RN - Oncology

Job Details:

• Work on a 24-bed Oncology unit with patient ratios of 5-6 patients per nurse
• Unit support includes 2 PCTs per shift and 1 unit secretary during day shift
• Schedule requires 4 weekend days per scheduling period (weekend nights are Saturday and Sunday)
• Floating policy applies as needed
• Document using Meditech electronic documentation system
• Communicate with staff, physicians, and patients using iMobile phones
• Perform chemotherapy administration on unit
• Medical/Surgical background required
• Follow patient experience requirements including whiteboards, bedside shift report, hourly safety rounds, and key words
• Required dress code: Navy Blue
