Cath Lab Technologist Job in Charleston, WV

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment at CAMC Memorial Hospital in Charleston, WV. This role offers exposure to a high-volume cardiac catheterization program with the opportunity to refine your skills across diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 4x10-hour day shifts, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Start date: September 28, 2026
• Weekly pay: $3,116

Facility Information

• Daily caseload: 8–10 cases per tech
• Charting system: Cerner
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Free parking available for travelers
• Scope: Will remain in Cath Lab; may float within scope to meet facility needs
• No floating to sister facilities required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Active WV license in hand at assignment start
• ARRT registration
• ACLS and BLS (AHA) certifications required
• Competency in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, including structural procedures

Essential Skills

• Diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization
• Left heart catheterization and percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI)
• PTCA, cardiac stent placement, and cardiac implant closure device procedures
• IABP placement and removal
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias
• Scrub and circulator roles with sterile field maintenance
• Equipment setup and sterile technique
• Isolation precautions and PPE protocols

Call Requirements

• On-call required with 30-minute response time
• Weekend call rotation: Friday 7:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM
• Rotating AM and PM as first and back-up call; weekend requirement is call only
