Opportunity:

RN - Acute Med Surg Acute Care

Job Details:

• Work in MS/Tele Acute Care unit
• 36 or 48 hours per week accepted with 36 guaranteed hours
• Patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5 or 1:6
• Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals
• Holiday work required
• Every other weekend required
• Dress code: Solid navy scrubs
• EMR system: Meditech
• Parking available on site
• 2 years of experience in specialty required; will consider 18 months of experience working under the highest level of professional license with at least 1 year of recent experience in specialty
• Required certifications: AHA BLS or Red Cross BLS
• Preferred certification: ACLS
• Required education: Associate degree in nursing
• Required license: Registered Nurse - State of Alabama or Compact license (no temporary licenses accepted) with NURSYS verification
