Med Surg RN Job in Gadsden, AL

Gadsden Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical Surgical unit night shift position. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 26, 2026.

Position Details

• Shift: 3x12 nights per week (6:45 PM to 7:15 AM)
• Every other weekend required
• Patient ratio: 6 to 1
• Weekly pay: $1,956

Requirements

• Current RN license (Compact or Alabama)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Residency requirement: must live more than 50 miles from the facility

You will provide direct patient care, medication administration, and nursing support for medical-surgical patients on the night shift. This role offers the opportunity to work in an established medical center with standard patient acuity and a defined team environment.
