Med Surg RN Job in Dothan, AL

You'll work as a Registered Nurse on an orthopedic unit with Med Surg and Telemetry overflow at Southeast Health Medical Center in Dothan, Alabama. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting November 9, 2026, with 4x12 day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. You'll earn $2,162 weekly.

What You'll Do

• Manage patients at a 1:6 to 1:7 ratio in a 42-bed unit with daily full census
• Provide care to adult and geriatric patients
• Administer and titrate cardiac drips, including Cardizem, Tridil, and Amiodarone
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias with proficiency in telemetry monitoring
• Work with vasoactive drip protocols as required

What You Need

• Active Alabama RN license at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (first-time travelers accepted)
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Proficiency in cardiac drip management and dysrhythmia interpretation
