ICU Registered Nurse Job in Mount Clemens, MI

Job Details:

• Every other weekend schedule required
• No on-call responsibilities
• 3+ years of nursing experience required
• Completion of 1+ travel assignment required
• Primarily ICU with ability to float to CVICU preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, NIHSS, ACLS (AHA) - physical copy of ACLS required in submission
• Michigan nursing license required with LARA and Nursys verification
• Skills checklist completed within one year of application required
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of patients
• Plan and implement nursing care according to patient and family needs
• Make appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs
• Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to maintain standards for professional nursing practice
• Assume personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, and professional development
• Must maintain strict attendance policy - 3 strikes for absences or being more than 20 minutes late results in immediate termination
