Operating Room RN Job in Cleveland, OH

Join Geauga Medical Center as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. This 90-day travel assignment offers an opportunity to work in a Level 3 trauma center environment where your surgical nursing skills will make a direct impact on patient care.

Schedule & Expectations

• Work 4 shifts of 10 hours each per week, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Call shifts required: approximately 1 call shift per week within a 6-week rotation schedule
• Call shift hours: 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM the following day
• Weekend call required once every 5 weeks (Saturday or Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)
• Must be able to respond to the hospital within 30 minutes of receiving a call from supervisor

Compensation & Timeline

• Weekly pay: $1,868
• Assignment duration: 90 days
• Start date: November 16, 2026

About the Role

You will deliver perioperative nursing care in a busy surgical setting at a trauma center. Your responsibilities include patient preparation, surgical support, instrument management, and post-operative assessment. This role requires adaptability and strong communication skills to work effectively with surgical teams and anesthesia staff across multiple OR specialties.
