Med Surg RN Job in Greeley, CO

Banner North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley is seeking an RN for Med Surg with a 3x12 night shift schedule. This 88-week travel assignment begins November 23, 2026, and offers $2,295 weekly pay.

Role Overview

You will provide direct patient care to medical, oncology, and telemetry med/surg patients. Your responsibilities include assessing patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs. You will formulate and implement individualized plans of care based on patient-specific needs, assessment data, and the medical plan of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, coordination, delegation, and supervision of health care team activities
• Read telemetry strips and monitor patient responses
• Evaluate patient and family response to care and teaching, revising the plan of care as needed
• Document assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in unit or facility shared leadership and contribute to improvement of national nursing quality indicators and outcomes
• Precept and mentor other staff members as appropriate

Schedule and Flexibility

You will work every other weekend and holidays per unit rotation. You may be required to float to support the Loveland Campus or BFC as needed.

Physical Requirements

You must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and stretch frequently. You may be required to lift up to 75 pounds. Standard precautions are required due to potential exposure to blood and bodily fluids.

Requirements

• Valid RN license with CO CAPS clearance
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum one year experience in an acute care hospital setting, with experience within the past 12 months
• Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred
