Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 AM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 weekly guaranteed hours
• Call requirements apply with a 2-hour callback requirement for oncoming shift
• Float requirements include NICU/PICU, acute care pediatrics, ED, adult acute, and critical care
• Patient ratios: acute care 1:25 and critical care 1:8
• Cover entire facility as part of a team of 14-16 registered respiratory therapists
• Work with ventilators and equipment including Drager V500 and VN500, Hamilton T1 and C1, Respironics V30, V60, Trilogy line, Airvo, and Vapotherm
• EMR system: EPIC
• Minimum 3+ years of experience required with tertiary and teaching hospital experience and level 1 trauma background
• NICU/PICU and cardiothoracic experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred, NRP for NICU
• RRT certification required
• Scrubs provided or flexible dress code
• Must be flexible, a team player, and possess great communication skills
