Job Details:

• Day or evening shifts available, open to 36 or 40 hours per week
• Travelers work 12-hour shifts on weekends in rotation with other staff
• May also be asked to work 8-hour shifts during the week in rotation
• Weekend rotation and call required at manager's discretion
• Weeknight/call requirements: 3-4 per 4-week time period
• Weekend/call requirements: 1 shift per 4-week time period
• Call response time: 45 minutes
• All travelers are required to take the same amount of call that permanent staff take
• Level 1 trauma center experience required
• Experience scrubbing and/or circulating neuro, ortho, and trauma cases required
• Key case experience required: trauma, ortho, neuro, cardiac, and ex lap
• Scrubbing not required for RNs but considered a bonus
• Self-scheduling available within reason; block scheduling not guaranteed
• No floating requirements
• EMR system: EPIC
• Hospital-issued scrubs required
• Travel experience preferred
• BSN not required
• Required certifications: BLS
