Join MetroWest Medical Center - Framingham as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. This 12- to 13-week travel contract offers you the opportunity to provide direct clinical care in a fast-paced surgical environment while supporting a strong nursing team.

About the Role

You will assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis. Your responsibilities include supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated, ensuring safe clinical practices, and maintaining quality outcomes for your assigned patients. You will work closely with facility nursing leadership to support high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care while managing resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and clinical assessment in the OR setting
• Plan and implement nursing interventions aligned with patient needs
• Supervise delegated nursing staff and support their clinical development
• Ensure competency of clinical staff through observation and feedback
• Maintain safe clinical practices and quality standards
• Collaborate with facility leadership on care protocols and safety initiatives
• Manage resources appropriately to support efficient patient care

Position Details

• Schedule: 4x10 Days (0700–1930)
• Duration: 12 to 13 weeks
• Start Date: July 6, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,448
• Dress Code: Any color scrubs permitted
