Join MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. This is a 70-week travel assignment offering you the opportunity to deliver direct clinical care in a dynamic surgical environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients each shift
• Supervise delegated nursing staff and ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain high standards of safe, appropriate nursing care
• Support competency development of clinical team members
• Manage resources effectively to optimize patient care delivery
• Collaborate with unit-level nursing leadership on clinical operations

Requirements

• Current RN license in Massachusetts
• Experience in operating room nursing preferred
• Ability to work as part of a surgical team
