Job Details:

• Traveler can pick shift with options including 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 36 or 40 hours per week plus on-call responsibilities
• Travelers work 12-hour shifts on weekends in rotation with other staff
• May also be asked to work 8-hour shifts during the week in rotation
• Weekend rotation and call at manager's discretion
• Weeknight call requirements: 3 to 4 per 4-week time period
• Weekend call requirements: 1 shift per 4-week time period
• Call response time: 45 minutes
• Self-scheduling available within reason; block scheduling not guaranteed
• Must have Level 1 trauma center experience
• Experience with scrubbing and/or circulating Neuro, Ortho, and Trauma cases required
• Experience with trauma, ortho, neuro, cardiac, and ex lap cases required
• Scrubbing not required but considered a bonus
• Charge nurse present on all shifts
• No floating requirements
• All travelers required to take the same amount of call as permanent staff
• Hospital-issued scrubs required
• EMR system: EPIC
• BSN not required
• Travel experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS
