Operating Room RN Job in Worcester, MA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a registered nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in the Operating Room at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester, MA. You will work 3 shifts of 12 hours per week during day hours (7:00 AM–7:30 PM), earning $2,211 weekly. Start date is September 22, 2026.

About the Role

As an OR nurse, you will assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis. You will supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated and support facility nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. You will maintain competency of clinical staff and manage appropriate resources related to patient care.

Schedule and Call Rotation

This position offers flexibility with 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shift increments available. The OR call rotation includes one first call (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) and one second call (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) per month during the week, plus one weekend day every other month.
