ICU - Intensive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• 12-hour day shifts
• 48 hours guaranteed per week
• 6-week contract length
• No blocked scheduling
• Every other weekend and holiday required unless time off is approved
• May float to Med Surg or cardiac units with a lower ratio and throughout all in-patient areas
• May be tasked as an aide if other units need assistance
• No on-call or callback requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty required
• Must have Level I or Level II Trauma experience
• Level I or Level II ICU skillset required
• Kentucky/Compact RN license required
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS
• EKG test required to be completed during the compliance process
• Charting experience with Care View/EPIC preferred; on-site training available
• Patient ratio of 1:1 or 1:2
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Scrub color: Black
