MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center is seeking an RN for a Telemetry position in Mason City, IA. You will provide direct nursing care to medical surgical telemetry patients in a structured night shift environment.

Position Details

Your Role

As an RN in this Telemetry unit, you will monitor cardiac and vital sign trends, respond to patient needs, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate documentation. You will work with medical and surgical patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and telemetry support.

Schedule Expectations

This is a night shift role with a predictable three-twelve pattern. You will work every third weekend and every other holiday. The 12.5-hour shift provides extended continuity of care and reduces shift handoffs.
