Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist Inpatient

Job Details:

• 5x8 shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• 40 guaranteed hours per week for 8 and 10-hour shifts
• No on-call requirements
• No weekend requirements
• Patient ratio of 1:6
• Treat adult and geriatric patient populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Float within scope to meet facility needs as required
• Block scheduling may be accommodated as position may be Monday through Friday
• Cerner charting system experience required
• Required certifications: BLS and state license
• Compact license accepted; pending license not accepted
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Travel experience required
• Scrub color: any per dress code policy
• Free parking available on site
• Required skills include acute care, gait training, orthopedics, rehabilitation, wound care, and a wide range of therapeutic procedures including e-stim, ultrasound, traction, and hydrotherapy
• Experience with diagnoses such as total hip and knee replacements, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and spinal conditions required
• Pre-approved time off limited to one week; no RTO within first two weeks due to orientation
