PT - Physical Therapist Acute Care

Job Details:

• Work 5x8 shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• 40 guaranteed hours per week for 8 and 10 hour shifts
• Patient ratio of 1:6
• No on-call requirements
• No weekend requirements pending M-F schedule confirmation
• Provide physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Float within scope to meet facility needs as required
• Block scheduling may be available as position may be M-F
• Pre-approved time off limited to one week; no RTO within first two weeks due to orientation
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Travel experience required
• Compact license accepted; Montana state license accepted
• Locals accepted with no radius rule
• Required certifications: BLS, State License
• Cerner charting system experience required
• Scrub color: Any per dress code policy
• Required skills include acute care, adaptive devices, gait training, orthopedics, geriatrics, wound care, neurodevelopmental techniques, and a wide range of therapeutic procedures including e-stim, ultrasound, traction, and hydrotherapy
• Treat adult and geriatric patient populations with diagnoses spanning all inpatient and outpatient settings
• Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, social services, and pharmacy
