Surgical Tech - CVOR Tech

Job Details:

• Flexible shift options of 10 or 12 hours available
• Day shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM | Evening shift: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM | Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 1:4 weekend rotation with 12-hour shifts
• One overnight trauma call required (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM); specialty team call scheduled per specialty team rules (Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho)
• 1:1 patient ratio
• First scrub complex total joint revision cases using multiple vendor systems including Stryker, DePuy, Smith & Nephew, and Zimmer
• Operate with proficiency using the Mako robotic system and Hana table
• First assist on polytrauma orthopedic cases with minimal supervision
• Adhere to high efficiency standards including 30-minute room turnovers and supporting a 90% first case on-time start (FCOTS) rate
• Collaborate with a surgical team across five high-volume orthopedic ORs
• Work with equipment including Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot
• Document using Epic EMR
• Teal scrubs issued by the facility
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Level 1 trauma experience required
• Preferred experience in General, GU/GYN, Ortho trauma, ortho joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, and Endovascular
• CST certification required and must be current and in good standing
• Must be flexible, accountable, timely, and a team player
