ED RN Job in Michigan City, IN

Franciscan Health Michigan City is seeking an RN for their Emergency Department. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 27, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (nights: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every third weekend required (Saturday and Sunday)
• No call or float requirements
• Weekly pay: $2,241

Role Details

• 23-bed emergency department
• 4:1 patient ratio
• Patient population: newborns through adults
• EMR: Epic
• Uniform: Navy scrubs

Equipment and Tools

• Level 1 infusion systems
• Sonosite ultrasound
• Bear Hugger warming device

Requirements

• Current RN licensure (state required)
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience
• ED experience preferred
• ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Care) preferred
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) preferred
