Respiratory Therapist Job in Austin, TX

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week contract position in the NICU at North Austin Medical Center in Austin, TX. You will work the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 3x12 rotating schedule with weekend rotation required.

About the Role

You will deliver respiratory care to neonatal patients, performing procedures including nebulizer therapy, oxygen therapy, and ventilator management. You will work within the facility's electronic medical records (EMR) system and collaborate with the NICU care team to support patient outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification
• ACLS, BLS, NPR, and PALS certifications required
• NICU experience preferred; ICU and PICU experience also valued
• Ability to work rotating nights and weekend schedules with no call responsibilities
