Job Details:

• 13-week contract assignment
• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Patient ratios: 3:1 for Step-down and 4:1 for Telemetry
• Nursing staff are primarily responsible for patient care, not CNAs
