Pharmacist Inpatient Job in Peridot, Arizona

Arizona San Carlos Apache Healthcare Center is seeking a Pharmacist for inpatient pharmacy services. This is a 180-day travel assignment starting September 14, 2026, with 10-hour shifts on a variable schedule including nights, days, swings, and weekends.

Role Responsibilities:

• Process prescriptions and controlled substances accurately and in accordance with policy and law
• Counsel patients in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain current medication knowledge and remain flexible to support multiple locations as needed
• Operate ScriptPro Pharmacy Management System with SP200 Robot and RPMS Electronic Health Record
• Work with Omnicell ADCs, Carousel automated medication dispensing systems, and Kirby Lester counting machines
• Support both inpatient and emergency room pharmacy operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Current and active unrestricted state pharmacy license; Arizona license preferred
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (PALS can be obtained on-site)
• Two years of clinical pharmacy experience preferred
• Hospital and inpatient pharmacy experience required
• Flexibility with schedule and willingness to adjust hours across multiple locations

Expectations:

• Dress code: Caribbean Blue scrubs or business professional attire, closed-toe shoes, natural hair color, short nails with no artificial nails, non-offensive tattoos, no excessive or facial piercings
• No cell phone use during shift
• No overtime without manager signature approval
• Notify manager or pharmacy with two-hour notice for call-ins

Compensation is $2,384 per week. You will be flexible, detail-oriented, and committed to accurate medication management and patient safety.
