About this role

You will serve as Pharmacist Supervisor at Arizona San Carlos Apache Healthcare Center in Peridot, Arizona. This is an 8-hour shift position available for 180 days, starting August 31, 2026. Weekly pay is $3,575.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supervise pharmacy and retail operations, including oversight of pharmacy technicians
  • Direct and manage daily administrative operations to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Develop operational and financial outcome measures and integrate them into organization-wide Quality Improvement systems
  • Direct, implement, and evaluate departmental policies and procedures
  • Assess program and service effectiveness while facilitating continuous process improvement
  • Develop and supervise staff through timely feedback and appropriate Human Resource policies
  • Plan, direct, implement, and evaluate computer-based information and dispensing systems
  • Manage purchasing and inventory management functions to ensure cost-effective pharmaceutical availability
  • Facilitate professional growth of staff by assessing learning needs and coordinating learning opportunities
  • Prepare monthly progress and operational reports identifying areas of improvement
  • Participate in departmental orientation, on-the-job training, and quality assurance programs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of pharmacy
  • Minimum 3 years of pharmacist experience; minimum 2 years in hospital practice preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience with 2 years of management experience
  • Current and active, unrestricted Pharmacist license; Arizona license preferred
  • Hospital experience required
  • BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
  • 1-year residency (PGY1) preferred
  • Licensed to administer immunizations, vaccines, and emergency medications preferred
  • No disciplinary history required
