Pharmacist Job in Peridot, AZ

Arizona San Carlos Apache Healthcare Center is seeking a Pharmacist for a 96-week travel assignment in Peridot, AZ. You will work 10-hour shifts on a variable schedule including days, nights, swings, and weekends, with weekly pay of $2,690. Start date: August 10, 2026.

Your responsibilities:

• Process prescriptions accurately and timely
• Counsel patients on medications
• Process controlled substances according to policy and law
• Maintain current medication knowledge and flexibility to support multiple areas
• Work in outpatient pharmacy with ability to support inpatient and ER as needed
• Utilize ScriptPro Pharmacy Management System with SP200 Robot and RPMS Electronic Health Record
• Work with Omnicell ADCs, Carousel automated medication dispensing system, and Kirby Lester counting machine
• Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Minimum five years professional pharmacy experience with two years management experience
• Current and active state unrestricted pharmacy license; Arizona license preferred
• Hospital experience including inpatient, outpatient, and ER
• BLS certification
• ACLS and PALS certifications required for inpatient/ER assignments (PALS can be obtained on-site)

Preferred qualifications:

• Two years clinical pharmacy experience

• Scrubs in Caribbean Blue or business professional attire
• Closed-toe shoes required
• Natural hair color, short nails with no artificial nails
• Non-offensive tattoos and non-excessive piercings; no facial piercings
