Job Details:

• Variable shift schedule including days, nights, swing shifts, and weekends
• Process prescriptions accurately and in a timely manner
• Counsel patients on medications in a timely manner
• Process controlled substances according to policy and law
• Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures
• Maintain current medication knowledge and flexibility to move where needed
• Work in outpatient pharmacy with ability to support inpatient/ER as needed
• Utilize ScriptPro Pharmacy Management System with SP200 Robot and RPMS Electronic Health Record
• Work with Omnicell ADCs and Carousel automated medication dispensing system and Kirby Lester counting machine
• Hospital experience required including inpatient or outpatient and ER experience
• Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy and/or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
• Minimum five years of professional pharmacy experience with two years of management experience
• Current and active state unrestricted pharmacy license required; Arizona license preferred
• Two years of clinical pharmacy experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and PALS certifications required for inpatient/ER assignments; PALS can be obtained on-site
• Scrub color: Caribbean Blue or business professional attire
• Closed-toe shoes required
• Natural hair color, short nails with no unnatural nails
• Non-offensive tattoos and non-excessive piercings; no facial piercings
