Opportunity:

Pharmacist - Pharmacist Inpatient

Job Details:

• Variable shift schedule including nights, days, swing shifts, and weekends
• Inpatient and ER pharmacy experience required
• Hospital experience required
• Must be flexible with days and hours across multiple locations
• Process prescriptions and controlled substances accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with policy and law
• Counsel patients in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain current medication knowledge and flexibility to move where needed
• Work with ScriptPro Pharmacy Management System with SP200 Robot and RPMS Electronic Health Record
• Operate Omnicell ADCs and Carousel automated medication dispensing systems and Kirby Lester counting machine
• No overtime without manager signature approval
• Must call manager or pharmacy with 2-hour notice for call-ins
• No cell phone use during shift
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (PALS can be obtained on-site)
• Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
• Current and active unrestricted state Pharmacy license required; Arizona license preferred
• Two years of clinical pharmacy experience preferred
• Dress code: Caribbean Blue scrubs or business professional attire, closed-toe shoes, natural hair color, short nails with no unnatural nails, non-offensive tattoos, and no excessive or facial piercings
