PCU RN Job in Ann Arbor, MI

Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking an RN for their Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This is a 90-day travel assignment starting November 2, 2026, offering $2,284 weekly pay on a 3x12 night shift schedule.

Shift Details

• 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend schedule required
• Thanksgiving and one additional winter holiday mandatory

The Role

You will work in a high-acuity, fast-paced surgical step-down unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 4:1, sometimes 3:1. This PCU serves patients requiring close monitoring and skilled nursing interventions between intensive care and standard inpatient settings.

Clinical Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will include managing chest tubes, arterial lines, PICC lines, and other central lines. You will care for patients with ostomies, trachs, NG tubes, wound vacs, and other drains. You will administer critical drips and IV infusions including Heparin, Insulin, Nitro, Amiodarone, and Cardizem.

Qualifications

• RN license (active and unrestricted in Michigan)
• Current BLS certification required
• Epic experience preferred
• ICU background is well-suited for this role
