Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Colebrook, NH

Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist for a temporary outpatient position in Colebrook, NH. This role offers 30 hours per week across three 10-hour shifts on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Every Saturday shift is required.

You will provide physical therapy services in both hospital-based outpatient and inpatient acute swing settings. This position involves no on-call responsibilities and allows you to focus on direct patient care.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of current physical therapy experience
• Outpatient experience required
• Inpatient experience highly preferred
• Active New Hampshire state physical therapy license
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Physical Therapy skills checklist completed at time of submission
• One supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment
• All licenses and certifications must be current and in hand at time of submission
• Permanent address required in submission file

New graduates will not be considered for this role.

• Weekly pay: $2,105
