Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Colebrook, NH

Join Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital as a Physical Therapist in our hospital-based outpatient department. This is a temporary position offering you the opportunity to provide direct patient care in a Critical Access Hospital setting with a supportive team environment.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour days (no weekends, no on-call)
• Duration: 91 days, starting November 2, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,591
• Primary focus: Outpatient physical therapy services
• Occasional inpatient acute and swing bed coverage as needed

Your Background:

• Minimum 2 years of current Physical Therapy clinical experience required
• Outpatient experience required
• Inpatient experience highly preferred
• New graduates will not be considered

Required Credentials & Documentation:

• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license (current and in hand at submission)
• BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) — current and in hand
• Completed Physical Therapy skills checklist
• One supervisory signed reference from employment within the past year
• Permanent address required with submission
• All licenses and certifications must be current and verified before start date
