PT - Physical Therapist Outpatient

Job Details:

• Work across two clinic locations: Grangeville and Kooskia (25 miles from Grangeville)
• 40 hours per week with Monday through Friday schedule
• Shift options of 8-hour or 10-hour days with 1 hour unpaid lunch
• Rotating weekends required (less than once per month)
• 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient coverage split
• Treat patients of all ages with general degenerative conditions, post-surgical cases, worker's compensation, and trauma cases typical of a rural clinic setting
• Wound care duties may be included for certified providers
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in specialty required
• Valid state license required at time of submission
• 2 references required within specialty being submitted for
