ICU - Intensive Care Unit

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• 13-week travel contract
• Work in a 13-bed ICU unit located on the 3rd floor of the main campus building
• Patient ratio of 1 nurse to 2-3 patients depending on acuity
• Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs, and 1 MT
• Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs, and 1 MT
• Perform central line and intubation procedures
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Utilize standard ICU equipment
• Every other weekend required
• On-call opportunities available if desired
• May float to Med Surg as needed
• Dress code: Galaxy Blue scrubs
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Strong teamwork skills required
